CRM for the Little Guys.

Maybe you won't need to increase your markketing staff, after all. Sedona Corp., supplier of Intarsia, the CRM application, has developed a new suite of applications for smalland mid-size banks that will permit many of the usual customer relationship management functions to be outsourced, the company says.

"By outsourcing these marketing services, financial organizations can increase their marketing capabilities and take full advantage of the new knowledge gained," the company says.

One new client of the service, RCB Bank in Claremore, Okla., plans to use the applications to measure both its growth in cross-selling and up-selling success and the performance of individual employees. The applications will "help strengthen our sales initiatives and track our performance," says RCB sales director Kelley Sanders. "The services are flexible enough to be used by community banks looking to increase profitability and by mid-sized banks with a more mature sales culture looking to expand their programs."
