New Training Program Will Deliver Big Value for Customers; Serves to Empower and Educate in Using Full Power of Infusion Software

PHOENIX -- Infusion Software (www.infusionsoft.com), a leading provider of on-demand "active" Customer Relationship Management (CRM) marketing automation software for growing small businesses, today announced the launch of Infusion U[TM], a learning platform for Infusion Software customers.

Infusion U will provide Infusion Software customers with in-depth training for Infusion CRM, its small business sales and marketing software designed to put marketing on auto-pilot. The education program was created specifically to help customers more fully leverage features and benefits of Infusion CRM.

Infusion U instructors will lead two-day courses for customers focused on topics ranging from learning the basics (CRM Boot Camp) to more comprehensive topics such as mapping out business processes, drip marketing campaign development and exploring Infusion CRM's affiliate marketing functionality.

Infusion U courses will be held monthly. The first course, CRM Boot Camp will be held May 31-June 1 and again July 12-13th at Infusion headquarters in Arizona. Due to overwhelming demand, the first session of two-day courses sold out immediately upon being offered via an introductory e-mail to users.

Infusion U's upcoming courses that are open to attendees include:

* CRM Business Processes: How to effectively map business processes to automate within Infusion CRM.

* Marketing with Infusion CRM: To help CRM users improve and automate marketing processes using the CRM.

* Email Best Practices: How to apply email best practices to business and marketing.

* Selling with Infusion CRM: This course will discuss the sales tools in Infusion CRM.
