CRM Luminary Sam L. Gallucci Joins PeopleSoft's Senior Management Team; Industry Pioneer to Lead PeopleSoft CRM Division.

) as executive vice president, and will head PeopleSoft's CRM division. As a member on the founding management team of the first CRM company, Brock Control Systems, Gallucci has been a luminary in the CRM industry since its inception 15 years ago.

Gallucci will use his knowledge and experience to shape all sales, marketing, development and implementation strategies for PeopleSoft's CRM division. Gallucci will report directly to Craig Conway, CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization.
