Prior to her CRM assignment, Hahn served as vice president of Marketing and Web Enablement for IBM Software Worldwide, contributing to IBM's successful move into e-business leadership. Earlier, as vice president, Global Marketing, Enterprise, for Europe, Middle East and Africa, Reid turned a $30 million loss into a $30 million profit in just one year. Reid's extensive international experience aligns closely with Cintech's strategic objective of achieving global leadership in interaction management technologies. He will initially concentrate on marketing the new NetVIA IP-based e-contact center solution through Cintech's indirect distribution network.
