CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR FONTANA FIVE.

Five Fontana High football players face criminal charges after allegedly attacking coaches of an opposing football team last month, officials said.

One of the five, 18-year-old fullback Anthony Robinson, was charged Friday with one count of ``battery on school grounds'' for allegedly attacking a Loyola football coach during a melee after a Nov. 19 game at Pierce College In 2006 the Library won a national Excellence award. Academics
Pierce College offers associate's degrees, mainly in the arts and sciences. There are also certificate programs in early childhood education, social services, dental hygienist, and others.

If convicted, Robinson faces up to one year in jail and/or a $2,000 fine.

Robinson is scheduled for arraignment A criminal proceeding at which the defendant is officially called before a court of competent jurisdiction, informed of the offense charged in the complaint, information, indictment, or other charging document, and asked to enter a plea of guilty, not guilty, or as otherwise permitted  Jan. 4 in Van Nuys Municipal Court.

The other four players are juveniles and were not identified because of their ages. Their cases have been referred to the Los Angeles County Probation Department The Los Angeles County Probation Department provides services for those placed on probation within Los Angeles County, California, USA. Robert Taylor is the current Chief Probation Officer. The department is the largest probation department in the world[1]. .
