BOSTON, May 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Criminal charges were filed today against a Massachusetts defense contractor for making false statements regarding components used in military aircraft engines.
U.S. Attorney A. Pursuant to this settlement agreement, Locke has agreed to pay the U.S. Treasury $200,000 in settlement of all civil claims the government might have against Locke for the activites charged in the criminal Information.
The criminal Information and civil settlement are the results of a joint investigation conducted by the Naval investigative Service of the U.S. Navy, the Office of the Inspector General of the U.S. Department of Defense, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
