The amount of a mutual fund's dividend or capital gains distributions that a shareholder will receive for each share owned. .

Subject to year-end audit, this amount is primarily ordinary income. This dividend of 8 cents per share will be paid on Dec. 29, 1995 to holders of record on Dec. 18, 1995. CRI Liquidating stock will begin trading ex-dividend on Dec. 14, 1995.
