The buildings currently have approximately 15,000 SF of available office and retail space. Earlier this year, CRG Piermont acquired the 125-year old Clock Tower Building, a 30,000-SF building in Downtown Englewood that is currently undergoing a $1 million restoration.

Headquartered in Fort Lee, CRG Piermont is a privately-held owner and manager of commercial office buildings and Downtown "Main Street" properties. Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey represented the seller and buyer in this transaction.
