Prior to her promotion, Ms. Hair worked as CRF Inc's Director of Customer Support and Project Management. She has held positions at GlaxoSmithKline and SmithKline Beecham in the area of clinical and data management operations.

In his new role, Mr. Sontag will manage staff dedicated to overseeing CRF Inc's project management and service delivery, including CRF Inc's help desk. He joins CRF Inc from AstraZeneca, where he was responsible for managing over 100 clinical and related IT projects.
