CREW honors Rahm as Woman of Year.


Susan B. Rahm, real estate partner and chair of Kaye, Scholer, Fierman Hays Hays, city (1990 pop. 17,767), seat of Ellis co., W central Kans.; inc. 1885. It is a rail, trade, and medical center in a grain, cattle, and oil area. The award was presented to Rahm by Victoria W. Kahn, president of CREW/NY, at the organization's 11th Annual Gala Celebration held at the Union League Club on November 4th.

Rahm, a past president and director of CREW/NY, was selected in 1999 by her peers and featured in New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 Magazine as "One of the Best Lawyers in New York." Active in both professional and community organizations, Susan is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers The American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL) [1] is the premier organization of U.S. real estate lawyers. Admission is by invitation only after a rigorous screening process.  and serves as General Counsel to the Association of Foreign Investors in Real Estate (AFIRE) and advisor to the New York Advisory Board of Chicago Title Insurance Company.

Founded in 1988, CREW/NY is a professional organization of more than 90 women who are actively involved in the commercial real estate industry in New York. Members include owners, developers, architects, engineers, brokers and lawyers. CREW/NY members are CEOs, partners and senior-level officers within their companies.
