North fought back in the second half and was in great shape after Andrew Banks ran in from 2 yards out in the third quarter and quarterback Daniel Torres
Crespi helped keep North's go-ahead scoring drive alive with two personal-foul penalties. Banks finished with 141 yards on 21 carries and Torres completed 15 of 25 passes for 180 yards. Crespi primarily went with a running attack, with quarterback Matt Wabby struggling. Wabby was not sharp again, completing only 6 of 13 passes for 62 yards and an interception. Billy McClellan caught eight passes for 92 yards for North (6-6) and Avery Rucker added an interception for the Saxons, who missed opportunities to take the lead in the first half.
