CRESA names new CEO.

 CRESA Partners office announced that the international corporate real estate advisory firm has appointed Kevin Hayes as Chief Executive Officer.

According to CRESA Partners Founding Chairman Bill Goade, the drive to appoint a CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and, particularly, Kevin Hayes, came from the company's aim to enhance national marketing efforts and increase revenue.

"Within the next three years, CRESA Partners intends to substantially grow its national accounts and increase its revenue," says Marcus Rayner, principal of CRESA Partners.

Bringing 21 years of commercial real estate experience to CRESA Partners, Hayes' appointment grew from his position as chairman and partner in the firm's Orange County, California Orange County is a county in Southern California, United States. Its county seat is Santa Ana. According to the 2000 Census, its population was 2,846,289, making it the second most populous county in the state of California, and the fifth most populous in the United States.  office. In February 2004, Hayes entered a formal agreement with CRESA Partners to convert his 40-person Orange County operations from a high-profile competitor into a CRESA Partners office.

Hayes says he is looking forward to taking an active role in enhancing the company's brand recognition and national account base.

While with The Staubach Company from 1985-2004, Hayes served as President/Owner of the Corporate Services Division for Southern California.
