Imperial Capital Bank is leasing a portion of the 35th floor at 7 Times Square for a term of four years.

"The tenant was greatly impressed by Boston Properties' Class-A, space with its exceptional light and views, as well as the building's central location," said Marcus Rayner, CRESA principal. Armstrong International has taken immediate occupancy.

Mr. Rayner and Mr. Wartels represented both Imperial Capital Bank and Armstrong International. Peter Turchin Peter Turchin is a specialist in population dynamics and mathematical modeling of historical dynamics ("cliodynamics").
