CRESA clocks up impressive year of business.

CRESA Partners concluded a very successful year in 2006 reporting having successfully represented a highly prestigious tenant roster throughout the state.

In 2006, CRESA Partners continued its history of attracting outstanding industry professionals. Two new professionals joined CRESA in 2006 including ten-year industry veteran Robert D. Rencarge as senior advisor and Michael Giacobello as advisor.

Additionally, James J. Scancarella, principal, received accolades from Advance Realty Group, a Bedminster, NJ-based commercial real estate owner and developer, at its annual 'ATeam' awards for the lease of a full floor at One Gateway in Newark on behalf of a Fortune 500 financial institution. These awards recognize the professionals who completed the largest leasing and sales transactions with Advance Realty Group in 2005.

* Tom Semler, principal, completed over 150,000 s/f of transactions in 2006, including: a 30,000 s/f office lease renewal on behalf of Intersil Corporation in Branchburg, NJ; a 30,000 s/f office lease renewal on behalf of a prominent financial services firm in Rockaway, NJ; a 40,000 s/f flex building acquisition on behalf of Accretech USA, Inc. in Austin, TX; a 43,000 s/f leasing assignment on behalf of Thales Avionics, Inc.; and an 11,600 s/f office renegotiation on behalf of R & J Integrated Communications in Parsippany, NJ.

* James J. Scancarella, principal, and Blaise Bozzelli, associate, completed approximately 175,000 s/f of office lease transactions on behalf of Ajilon Professional Staffing. CRESA Partners has represented Ajilon, along with its predecessor company, Accountants on Call, for the past ten years in over 20 markets nationwide and throughout New Jersey. The CRESA Partners team of James J. Scancarella and Blaise Bozzelli exclusively represented Ajilon's real estate needs in the United States and Canada.

* Jeffrey Rincon, senior associate, closed leases in New Jersey on behalf of Careline Services, an employment agency for the nursing industry in Jersey City; Hydro Industries, a sales company in Fort Lee: Prime Management Group, a management services company in Jersey City: Atlantic Information Services, LLC, a security company m West Paterson: RK Ambrose Advisors, LLC, a financial trading company in Jersey City.
