CRESA Partners receives award. The New York office of CRESA Partners corporate real estate advisory firm announced that CRESA Partners has been nationally recognized for dedication to client-service excellence with the 2002 Site Selection/William Dorsey Service Provider award. This represents CRESA Partners' third consecutive year receiving the industry award, which acknowledges corporate real estate service providers that demonstrate above-average client satisfaction levels. CRESA Partners was selected on the basis of its client testimonials, identifying special contributions to service and the ability to exceed client expectations. The annual awards, established in memory of Bill Dorsey, former managing director of Fluor Daniel's Global Location Strategies for more than 20 years, were announced in Site Selection Magazine's recently released January 2003 issue. According to Site Selection Editor Mark Arend, "Companies selected for this honor have demonstrated a commitment to expanding the definition of client service and client partnership...a willingness to go the extra mile to solve their clients' complex business problems." "CRESA Partners' service model is based entirely on the exclusive representation of corporate space users -- which means we always put our clients' interests first," said Marcus Rayner, principal of CRESA Partners' New York office. "We are pleased that our clients recognize this and that an industry award exists to articulate their satisfaction; we are proud to have won this accolade three years in a row. This year's application included testimonials from such high-profile clients as BAE SYSTEMS, one of the world's largest defense contractors, and ADC Telecommunications, Inc. In past years, clients such as Yahoo!, IKON Office Solutions, Enterprise Rent-A-Car, and others have contributed to CRESA Partners' nomination. |
