CRESA Partners comes out tops.

CRESA Partners has been recognized by CoStar Group as one of northern New Jersey's Top Leasing Firms. The top firms are chosen based on total leasing transaction volume completed in northern New Jersey in 2005.

Among the lease transactions completed in 2005 by CRESA Partners were the 120,000 s/f in new leases and renewals on behalf of Ajilon Professional Staffing throughout the United States. James J. Scancarella, principal, and Blaise Bozzelli, associate, handled the transactions;

Tom Semler, principal, completed a 106,540 s/f warehouse lease renewal at 200 Central Avenue in Teterboro, New Jersey on behalf of Organize-it-All.

James J. Scancarella and Dennis Gralla, principal, in conjunction with Reed Partners of Chicago, completed a 50,344 s/f industrial lease at 1801 Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen, New Jersey on behalf of The Chamberlain Group. The Chamberlain Group is the world's largest manufacturer of residential and commercial door openers.

Tom Semler and Alex Sobolta, associate, completed over 50,000 ss/f of new flex leases in multiple U.S. markets for Accretech USA Inc. including a 5,200-square-foot lease at 6 Frassetto Way in Lincoln Park, New Jersey.
