CRESA Partners co-locates into Chrysler Building.


CRESA Partners recently opened its newly expanded corporate headquarters in The Chrysler Building Chrysler Building, in midtown Manhattan, New York City, at Lexington Ave. between 42d and 43d St. The ultimate art deco-style skyscraper, it was commissioned by Walter P. Chrysler, designed by William Van Alen, and built in 1926–30.  as a result of a merger/co-location of its New York New York, state, United States
New York, Middle Atlantic state of the United States. It is bordered by Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, and the Atlantic Ocean (E), New Jersey and Pennsylvania (S), Lakes Erie and Ontario and the Canadian province of
 office with Weatherall Green & Smith's New York office. The merger/co-location follows the success of the recent alliance between CRESA Partners' national affiliate organization, CRESA, Inc., and Weatherall Green & Smith's global group, Weatherall International.

In addition to combining forces with the Weatherall Green & Smith office, the new CRESA Partners/New York team recruited three professionals formerly from The Atlas Organization. Former Weatherall Green & Smith New York Principal Marcus Rayner leads the newly expanded CRESA Partners/New York office (see team photo attached).

 President/CEO Michael Dow, this is a strategic move to reinforce the international relationship with Weatherall and strengthen the CRESA Partners/New York presence.

Dow and Rayner have a combined total of nearly 50 years of industry experience working in Europe and the United States United States, officially United States of America, republic (2005 est. pop. 295,734,000), 3,539,227 sq mi (9,166,598 sq km), North America. The United States is the world's third largest country in population and the fourth largest country in area. .

CRESA Partners/New York Principal Marcus Rayner said that the expansion related to the move and merger is only the beginning of growth plans for the New York office.
