Scott Clements Scott Clements is a professional poker player from Mount Vernon, Washington, United States, who has won titles in both World Poker Tour (WPT) and World Series of Poker (WSOP) events. will be serving as the organization's president for his second one-year term. He served the organization as president during the 1996-97 term. Clements is the vice president northwest region of Inspectech Corporation, of San Ramon. Prior to furthering the success of inspectors from the corporate position, Clements owned and operated an independent inspection company. Clements has beenvery involved with CREIA since joining in 1992. He has served on many of CREIA's standing committees including Standards, Bylaws The rules and regulations enacted by an association or a corporation to provide a framework for its operation and management. Also one of CREIA's CPI members, Virtue was honored with the organizations's Inspector of the Year award and the San Diego Chapter President's Award in 1997. Virtue has been the owner of Virtue Inspections & Consulting, Inc. since 1991. Making his third consecutive appearance as treasurer is A. John Gironda III of CREIA's Orange County Chapter. Gironda is the owner of Criterium-Gironda Engineers in Anaheim. In addition to CREIA treasurer, Gironda has served at the Chapter level as president, vice president, and secretary. Gironda has also served as an elected officer for many other professional industry associations. Also joining CREIA's Executive committee from the Orange County Chapter is George Harper, owner of California Inspection Agency in Long Beach. Harper gained leadership experience through serving the Orange County chapter as president, vice president, and secretary, as well as through involvement with the local association of Realtors. Added to the roster is the immediate past president, Jim Farmer. Farmer has conducted well over 20,000 home inspections in his career. He is a CPI member and owns an inspection company in Thousand Oaks. Completing the Executive committee are two directors at large. This year's election invited Jim Ronan of Antioch, California to return as a director at large, and Jack Gironda from Chatsworth, California, who served as the 1997-98 secretary, to join him.
