Two men wearing disguises and toting Toys `R' Us store bags robbed a Moorpark credit union Thursday afternoon and escaped from the area, Ventura County sheriff's officials said.

The Sheriff's Department received a 911 emergency call from the Premier America Federal Credit Union at 2:05 p.m. Witnesses told sheriff's officials the two men fled in a minivan.

A minivan matching the description was found in a parking lot on Princeton Avenue. That location is a short distance from the credit union branch inside the Litton Data Systems building at 6101 Condor Drive, in the northeast area of Moorpark, next to the Ronald Reagan Freeway.

Bourke said the description of the vehicle and suspects provided by witnesses ``was sufficient enough to make the stop and warrant detention'' of the driver and passenger later released.

Sheriff's officials did not provide a more specific description of the two robbers or details of the robbery.
