A CRECHE manager sacked for allegedly prising a toy duck from a
fouryear-old child was yesterday granted a court order stopping her
dismissal.
The High Court heard that mother-ofseven Helen Walsh had been
"reported" for "inappropriate behaviour" in relation
to the alleged incident at the creche in St Benedict's Resource
Centre in Kilbarrack, Dublin. Her counsel Diarmaid Fawsitt said Ms
