CREATIVE CREW STUDENTS PUT ON ART SHOW.Byline: Daily News LANCASTER - More than 200 pieces of art from 180 teenagers will be displayed in the Antelope Valley This article is about the Los Angeles County region. A free reception for the public to view the art and speak with the student artists will be held from noon to 4 p.m. Saturday. Featured will be works in oil paint, ceramic, plaster, papier-mache, watercolor, computer graphics, photography, acrylic acrylic, artificial fiber made from a special group of vinyl compounds, primarily acrylonitrile. The art pieces were judged by representatives from the Lancaster Museum Art Gallery Associates and the Lancaster Photography Association, and high school district teachers and administrators. More than $500 in cash prizes will be handed out during the reception at 1 p.m. Saturday. The museum/art gallery is at 44801 Sierra Highway Sierra Highway is a road in Southern California, United States. Admission is free to the facility, which is open from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and 1 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
