), a company that specializes in the production and distribution of content services to mobile operators and corporations in Brazil.

 MDEV is one of the fastest-growing companies in the region focused on the creation and distribution of mobile entertainment, employing some 40 people.

Under the terms of the agreement, MDEV will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary Wholly Owned Subsidiary
