Former City Councilman Ernani Bernardi Ernani Bernardi (October 29, 1911-January 4, 2006) was a politician in Los Angeles, California. The project would include another major theater, 285,000 square feet of retail space, 60,000 square feet of restaurants and additional parking.

TrizecHahn will provide all funding for the project, with any city costs to be repaid from the development.
