The website, at www.SkillsOne.com, is the first cyber (1) From "cybernetics," it is a prefix attached to everyday words to add a computer, electronic or online connotation. The term is similar to "virtual," but the latter is used more frequently. See virtual.  community for human resource, organizational development and training professionals, and it went live on June 25, the first day of the SHRM conference (Society for Human Resource Managers). At SHRM, HR professionals can acquire the knowledge and tools they will need to grow in the profession, and develop the professional network to position their organization and their career for success.

Either letting the client see the results immediately or choosing to have the results go directly to the trainer can further customize the experience. The trainer has the ability to take their group's data and analyze it, graph it and print it out. They can also take the group's data and compare it to other occupations.
