CPLANE Names Kirk D'Orazio President and CEO; Seasoned Networking Executive Brings Extensive Experience in Strategic Growth Leadership to Service Network Control Software Company.

CPLANE, Inc., the leader in service network control software products, today announced the appointment of Kirk M. D'Orazio as president and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board. . D'Orazio will be in charge of planning CPLANE's market expansion and overseeing the company's engineering, marketing, sales and financial strategies.

D'Orazio has more than 18 years of hi-tech management experience with proven experience building world-class teams and bringing new products to market. D'Orazio has led organizations through multiple stages of growth and successfully yielded 60 to 100% average annual growth in revenue and profits. Most recently, D'Orazio was president and CEO of PointConnect, Inc., an enterprise software and services provider for large finance, insurance and health care firms.
