CPDI Announces New Directions for the Company.


VANCOUVER, Wash.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 26, 1998--Communications Product Development Incorporated (CPDI) announces the departure of Vincent F. Hill, Co-founder and President of CPDI, and the appointment of Dan L. Kinney as Chief Executive Officer.

Hill and Kinney have been working in unison for a number of months on a strategic plan that enables Kinney to assume the day-to-day responsibilities of managing CPDI, while Hill, who will remain Chairman of the Board for CPDI, creates a separate company aimed at introducing CPDI's products to new vertical markets.
