CPC, a non-for-profit mortgage lender with New Jersey offices in Trenton and Jersey City, financed half of the project and helped the developer secure $2.65 million through the New Jersey Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency's Choices in Home Ownership Incentives Created for Everyone (CHOICE) program. The program is designed to encourage the development of affordable and market-rate, single-family housing throughout the state by providing construction financing and homeownership subsidies as well as end-loan financing for the development of affordable units.

"We're very excited to be working with the state on this project," said Robert Riggs Robert Riggs can refer to:

The loan helped pay for site acquisition and site work, which began in March, for 16 single family homes and one duplex (communications) duplex - Used to describe a communications channel that can carry signals in both directions, in contrast to a simplex channel which only ever carries a signal in one direction. , which will meet the township's affordable housing requirement for the subdivision. The market-rate homes boast four bedrooms, three bathrooms and an optional first-floor master suite. The developer has provided seven design options for the market rate homes.
