CPC INTERNATIONAL INCREASES DIVIDEND FOR 2ND TIME IN 12 MONTHS.


ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--September 18, 1995-- The Board of Directors of CPC (1) (Central Processing Complex) An IBM mainframe that has two or more central processors (CPs) that share memory. It is the collection of processors, memory and I/O subsystems manufactured with a single serial number, typically all contained in one cabinet.  International Inc. today increased the quarterly dividend on the company's common stock by 5.6% to $.38 per share from $.36 per share, payable October 25, 1995, to shareholders of record on September 29, 1995. The company last increased the dividend in December 1994, and together the two increases represent growth in dividends to shareholders of 9% over the 12-month period ending October 1995.
