CPA2Biz announces strong year-end business results for fourth consecutive year.


CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. 2Biz Inc. recently reported strong business results for its fiscal year ending July 31. Top line revenue grew by 10% to $15.7 million with net income of $1.5 million, up from $14.3 million and $0.2 million respectively, the year before. The revenue increase was driven primarily by growth of more than 25% in new business lines, including Business Solutions, the Career Center and digital newsletters.

"This makes four consecutive years of growth and solid results for CPA2Biz," said Erik Asgeirsson, chief executive officer, CPA2Biz Inc. He added, "This year in particular was marked by some key milestones and achievements." CPA2Biz will be making a significant investment in a next generation Web site, expected to launch in spring 2007. "The Web site has become a cornerstone of our business" said Patrick Bonnaure, CPA2Biz's chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
