See American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). has added two brochures and accompanying speeches to the CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. Marketing Tool Kit: "College Planning: Easing the financial Burden" is aimed at those who are planning to send their children to college, and "Securing Your Business Financing" looks at how CPAs can help businesses secure adequate capital for startup (STARTing UP) "At startup" means when the computer is first turned on or when a program is first loaded.
