CP, Ju Li and FIH Form Agreement.

Circuits Plus (Asiatic) Pte. Ltd. (CP, Singapore), a board manufacturer and a subsidiary of Circuits Plus Holdings Ltd. (Singapore), has entered into a 20-year joint venture agreement with Wei Fang Ju Li Mechanical Plant (China) and Federal Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd. (FIH, Singapore). CP, Ju Li and FIH will form a joint venture company called Shan Dong Ju Li Circuits Plus Technologies Co. in Wei Fang, Shang Dong Province, Peoples Republic of China (PRC) to manufacture and sell PCBs. CP will transfer certain technology in PCB fabrication to the new company, which will constitute a capital injection of 20 percent.

The total investment amount will be RMB 150,000,000, with the new company's registered capital at RMB 70,000,000.
