This represents a 29% increase over the $0.79 per share reported for the third quarter of 1994.

Net income for the quarter totaled $151.9 million, compared to $120.3 million for the same period last year.

This compares to earnings of $2.10 per share and net income of $331.2 million for the previous 12 months.
