), is pleased to announce that the company has signed an agreement for the provision of funding necessary to continue with its operational business plan and global healthcare program.

Under the terms of this agreement, COi Solutions, Inc. will receive up to $2 million in debt financing. Financing is subject to final agreement on terms and is expected to be completed by August 1, 2001.

Proceeds will be used to accelerate the launch of the company's global health insurance program. Funding priorities are the completion of the e-commerce platform and the mobilization of the global distribution network to facilitate the marketing and sale of health insurance to expatriates.
