COX Technologies Capital Investment Finalized; Additions to Board of Directors and Management Team Announced.

COX Technologies Inc. (OTC BB:COXT), a leading provider of time-temperature management solutions for perishable commodities, Wednesday announced that it received $2.5 million dollars of capital investment from Technology Investors, LLC to be used for general corporate purposes.

Also announced Wednesday, Kurt C. Reid and Brian D. Fletcher have joined the company's Board of Directors and executive management team.
