On Saturday, the cheerleaders-in-training warmed up with jumping jacks as Kelly Clarkson's ``Since You've Been Gone'' blared through the speakers.

For Andrena Little, 7, of Oxnard, it was fulfilling a dream.

``I always wanted to be a cheerleader,'' she said. ``It's really fun!''

Separated by age groups, the children cheered enthusiastically as they were led by their coaches. ``Cowboys are No. 1. We will win,'' they said in unison u·ni·son
