Kimball, formerly of Huntsman Corp., has been hired as Covol's chief financial officer. Kimball replaces Brent M. Cook as CFO See Chief Financial Officer. . Cook was recently promoted to president and chief executive officer by Covol's board of directors. Kimball, a certified public accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA) An accountant who has met certain standards, including experience, age, and licensing, and passed exams in a particular state. , is resigning his position as vice president of administration and chief of staff at Huntsman Corp. Kimball has extensive experience in the area of tax and tax accounting. In 1980 he received a master's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University Brigham Young University, at Provo, Utah; Latter-Day Saints; coeducational; opened as an academy in 1875 and became a university in 1903.
