Christian Ruiz, 22, of 3 Sigourney St., Worcester, was placed on two concurrent terms of 3 years probation after pleading guilty to armed robbery (firearm) and conspiracy. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to seek and maintain employment and education and to complete 100 hours of community service.

Dwayne A. Trench, 30, of Bronx, N.Y., was sentenced to 2 to 3 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. Emeline Rivera, 23, of 5 Caprera Road, Worcester, was charged with receiving stolen property over $250 and two counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm ID card. The charges were dismissed.
