Judge Peter W. Agnes Jr.

Enitza Torres, 19, of 103 Albee St., Fitchburg, was placed on probation for two years after pleading guilty to possession of cocaine with intent to distribute. The charge was amended from trafficking in cocaine. As conditions of probation, she was ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluations with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department.

Brian Medeiros, 43, of the Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center, Shirley, was given seven concurrent terms of 2 to 3 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to seven counts of assault and battery on a correctional officer. The sentences are to begin upon his release from any other sentences now being served. A charge of assault and battery on a correctional officer was dismissed.

Scott Connors, 35, of 113 Washington St., Auburn, was sentenced to nine concurrent terms of 6 to 8 years in Walpole state prison after pleading guilty to four counts of breaking and entering in the daytime with intent to commit a felony, four counts of malicious destruction of property over $250, and possession of a firearm without a Firearms Identification Card as a career criminal, amended from firearm violation with two prior violent or drug crimes. He was placed on six concurrent terms of 2 years probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to four counts of larceny over $250, larceny of a firearm, and attempting to commit a crime. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to have no contact with the victims, to undergo a drug evaluation with any related treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, and to pay $1,540.93 restitution

Thomas Willett, 31, of 91 Ward St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery, amended from assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (door), and assault and battery, placed on probation for two years, ordered to attend a batterer's program and to stay 100 yards away from the victim and her children, $350 batterer's assessment fee, $50 victim witness fee; assault and battery on a child causing injury, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (door), and assault with a dangerous weapon (diaper bag), dismissed.

Jeremy Jack, 18, of 497 Mill St., Worcester, charged with larceny from a person and receiving stolen property over $250, continued without a finding for one year, ordered to stay in school and to stay away from the victim.

Vicente Villegas, 60, of 59 Charlotte St., Worcester, charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (razor blade), dismissed.

A nol pros, or nolle prosequi, is a court filing reflecting a prosecutor's decision not to proceed with a criminal case after charges have been brought.
