COURTHOUSE, LIBRARY, OFFICES ALL EVACUATED IN BOMB SCARE.Byline: Patricia Farrell Aidem Daily News Staff Writer Newhall Municipal Court was evacuated for 1-1/2 hours Monday when a large package arrived in the mail for a deputy district attorney, raising suspicion in part because her name was misspelled on the address. A sheriff's arson and explosives squad was called, but found that the package, mailed from Houston, contained a two-inch-thick stack of documents from a Texas man requesting an investigation into the death of his uncle, said Deputy District Attorney Terry White. The bomb scare also spurred the evacuations of the neighboring Valencia Library and satellite offices of the Los Angeles County health, probation and building and safety departments.
