 COURT OF APPEALS TO HEAR $250 MILLION ANTITRUST CASE
 The United States Court of Appeals on Tuesday, March 3, is scheduled


to hear oral argument in the Fineman versus Armstrong World Industries antitrust case which had resulted in the $250 million verdict rendered by a federal jury in the United States District Court in Newark in April of 1991 only to be thrown out by the district court two months later.
 Harvard professor Laurence Tribe will be presenting the oral argument on the behalf of the plaintiff. Trial counsel for the plaintiff who secured the verdict was Steven M. Kramer, a New York based attorney, counsel for Armstrong presenting oral argument will be former court of appeals judge Arlin Adams. Armstrong was represented at the trial by Covington and Burlington a well known Washington D.C. law firm.
