I thought, `To hell with that!' '' Social workers said the incident demonstrates the danger of their jobs and the need for more detailed information on the calls to which they respond. Whitcomb, 43, of Santa Clarita Santa Clarita, city (1990 pop. 110,642), Los Angeles co., S Calif., suburb 30 mi (48 km) NW of downtown Los Angeles, on the Santa Clara River; inc. 1987. Situated in the Santa Clara valley and nearby canyons, Santa Clarita includes the former towns of Canyon Country, said she didn't learn until afterward that the 14-year-old had a history of psychiatric hospitalizations and assaults on others. The social worker was responding to a complaint by the girl's foster parent that she was acting aggressively, breaking household items and threatening a baby in the home. The county Department of Children and Family Services sent Whitcomb to move the teen to MacLaren Children's Center. 
my name is sophia lucio and i was that 14 year old girl. i didnt do anything wrong, im innocent and i was a victim. just because my kidnapper SAID i was his girlfriend did not make it true. im so mad because i begged him not to hurt her and this is how she repays me?? by turning on me. so messed up
