COUNTY TO HOST FIELD OF DANES; SOCCER EVENT DRAWS EUROPEAN SQUADS.Byline: Vincent Bonsignore Daily News Staff Writer Two youth soccer teams from Denmark highlight the second annual Cool Classic Soccer Tournament Saturday and Sunday in Camarillo. In all, 178 teams are expected to compete in 25 boys' and girls' divisions. The two teams from Denmark are boys' and girls' under-16 clubs. Denmark's girls' under-16 team is scheduled to play at 11:15 a.m. and 5:50 p.m. at Monte Vista. The following day, Denmark will play the West Covina Express. On Sunday, 25 champions will be determined. Freedom Park will host 10 title games. The tournament kicks off on Saturday at 7:30 a.m. |
