 - Complaints of violations ranging from aerobatic flying to illegal construction at the Agua Dulce Air Park have prompted county officials to seek a meeting to resolve a series of disputes between some residents and the airport management.

County Supervisor Michael D. Los Angeles County code enforcement officials have issued several citations at the air park since new owner Barry Kirshner began an expansion that includes entertainment and community events. The citations included oversize o·ver·size

``When they went to build them, they far exceeded the height that was allowed,'' Calas said.

A call to the air park was referred to Kirshner, who was not available Monday for comment.

Complaints from residents come almost daily by e-mail, fax and telephone, Calas and Novak said. Complaints have included videotapes and photographs of alleged illegal activities, prompting the county to act.

Opponents have reported excessive noise, nuisances caused by filming at the airport, unsafe flying and construction of a concrete tie-down area for plans near a runway that might be in a flood zone. Calas said several complaints have been forwarded to federal and state regulatory agencies state regulatory agency A state body responsible for establishing professional standards, and for certifying professionals or organizations through appropriate documentation  that oversee airports.

The airport is operating on permits from 1960 and revisions likely are warranted because the surrounding community has grown over the decades, Calas said.
