COUNTY HEARING SET ON DEERLAKE PLANS.Byline: Troy Anderson Staff Writer Los Angeles County supervisors set a public hearing Tuesday for March 23 on a controversial plan to build hundreds of homes on 231 acres in the foothills north of Chatsworth.
