The center started its fourth year Tuesday with morning and evening orientation sessions that begin a 12- to 19-week program of assessment, training and related services. The site trains people who have been out of work a long time, those 55 years of age or older, and youths. Of the approximately 200 people who completed training at the One Stop Center in the 1997-98 academic year, 130 have jobs.
