TWINKLE TOES: "Dreamgirls" actress Anika Noni Rose is set to wear $500,000 worth of brilliant-cut Kwiat diamonds below her ankles for the 79th annual Academy Awards on Sunday.

Stuart Weitzman created the blinding "Diamond Dream" four-inch stilettos exclusively for Rose, adorning them with 1,420 individual diamonds set in platinum circles. That's 30 carats worth of snag potential for all the other ladies walking by with flowing trains.

Rose will amp her wattage even more when she steps onstage to perform with fellow dreamgirls Beyonce Knowles and Jennifer Hudson.

Weitzman, who's designed red carpet looks for everyone from Kate Winslet to Halle Berry, said he expects lots of delicately jeweled footwear at the Oscars.

"The breakout look is crystals adorning lucite, which gives the illusion of the foot floating on the red carpet," he said.
