Cottage Grove High School Cottage Grove High School is a public high school located in Cottage Grove, Oregon. It has a newer school building, opened in 2003 to replace the old high school building that was built in 1939 and held its first classes in 1940.  will hold a commencement ceremony June 9 at the school's football field.

Class valedictorian is Sage Berg, the son of Thomas Berg. He plans to attend the University of Oregon The University of Oregon is a public university located in Eugene, Oregon. The university was founded in 1876, graduating its first class two years later. The University of Oregon is one of 60 members of the Association of American Universities. . He wrote a column for the community newspaper, was a member of the school's Spanish Club and a varsity letter winner in cross country.
