CORTECS DIAGNOSTICS GAINS INTERNATIONAL QUALITY APPROVAL.

LONDON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 20, 1996--Cortecs International (NASDAQ:DLVRY / LSE:COR.L / ASX:CRI) ("Cortecs"), today announced its Cortecs Diagnostics division, based at Deeside, Clywd, which manufactures the Company's rapid diagnostic test kits, has been approved by Lloyds Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) to the following Quality Management System Standards:

BA EN ISO 9002:1994 Internationally recognized quality management

system model for quality assurance in

production, installation and servicing.

BS EN ISO 46002:1994 Internationally recognized quality management

system relating specifically to the production

and installation of medical devices.

The Quality Management System is applicable to the manufacture and factoring of in-vitro diagnostic test kits for the food, medical and pharmaceutical industries.

The award represents a significant planned step in developing the increasingly important contribution made by the diagnostics division to Cortecs International.
