CORRIE EXCLUSIVE 2: RAVER'S RETURN.

Byline: BRIAN ROBERTS

SHE'S been mysteriously missing from Weatherfield for four years since fleeing evil drug dealer Jez Quigley.

But here's Leanne Battersby back in town - as an exotic dancer in a sleazy club.

Actress Jane Danson, who has had roles in medical drama A&E and The Bill since leaving the soap, was delighted when new Corrie boss Tony Wood said he wanted her back.

But her screen dad, played by Bruce Jones, hits the roof when he learns this month how his long-lost daughter is earning a living.

He is in a girlie club with friends when Leanne performs.

He demands she return to live at home, which she does.

But a source said: "Soon after arriving back Leanne wonders what the hell she has come back to. There are some cracking storylines lined up for her."
