Byline: The Register-Guard

Ticket: A reading by William Fox that was scheduled for Thursday in the Knight Library Knight Library is the main facility of the University of Oregon's library system, located on the University's campus in Eugene, Oregon, United States. Its design is emblematic of the architecture of the University's older buildings, and it serves as a hub of student activity.  Browsing Room has been canceled. The event was listed in Friday's Ticket section.

Sports: A personal foul penalty in the fourth quarter of Oregon's 35-10 loss to USC An abbreviation for U.S. Code.  on Saturday was assessed against UO linebacker Jerome Boyd. An incorrect player was credited with the penalty on Page D10 Sunday.

Sports: Oregon quarterback Dennis Dixon Dennis Lee Dixon Jr. (born January 11, 1985 in Oakland, California), is the starting Quarterback for The University of Oregon and is in his Senior season. Dixon was also drafted by the Atlanta Braves on June 7th, 2007 as an outfielder and spent the football offseason in the Braves  played another series after fumbling in the third quarter of Saturday's game. A story on Page D1 Monday gave an incorrect timeline for his departure from the game.

 Run and Walk, scheduled Saturday, Dec. 9, will consist of 5-kilometer and 8-kilometer runs, and a 5-kilometer walk. A notice on Page D6 Monday didn't make clear that the 8K event is also a run.

City Region: Junction City United Methodist Church United Methodist Church, in the United States, religious body formed by the union in 1968 of the Evangelical United Brethren Church and the Methodist Church (see Methodism).  has signed a "Champoeg Declaration" indicating that people of all sexual orientations and gender identities are welcome to participate fully in the church's congregational life. A story on Page D1 of Friday's paper incorrectly stated that no Methodist churches in Lane County had yet signed the declaration.
